1. Our commitment
We design and test toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA practices, including semantic structure, keyboard operation, clear focus treatment, readable contrast, text resizing, reduced-motion support, responsive layouts, labels, status messages, and understandable form feedback.
2. Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing operational responsibility. We review key customer journeys, test representative mobile and desktop experiences, and prioritize barriers that prevent search, contact, or support. Some third-party airline or payment experiences are controlled by their providers, but we will help identify an alternative where reasonably possible.
3. An assisted alternative
If any part of the website creates a barrier, call traveler support at (302) 302-8090. A specialist is available 24/7 to provide the same core search and request assistance by phone.
4. Feedback
Email support@lastseattickets.com with the page, device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and a description of the issue. Do not include payment-card or passport information. We review accessibility feedback as an operational priority.
